The selected candidate will provide direct administrative support to the manager, assisting with day-to-day operations and team management activities. Key responsibilities include investigating and resolving agent-related issues across communication channels such as chat, calls, and emails, delivering timely feedback to team members, and supporting vendor onboarding and other tasks on the DB Compass platform. The role also involves contributing to undefined DB-related assignments as they arise, ensuring smooth workflow and operational efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Edit and maintain reports, updating relevant data accurately in spreadsheets and shared systems
Qualifications
