Primary Responsibilities
  • Sales coordination for sales order processing with various stakeholders like Sales Head, Regional Head, Seller Team, Supply Chain, and Finance.
  • Coordination with distributors for payments and order processing; also assist in vehicle arrangement.
  • Maintain Sales Tracker and KCPL Tracker as per decided intervals for the seller team and organization.
  • Coordination with distributors for claim submission and share a weekly tracker of posted claims and rejection of claims along with the reasons for rejection.
  • Sending email communications to distributor and seller team for reminders of price arrangements in the system.
  • Apart from this, take care of any additional responsibilities that the Business Head and Regional Sales Head would assign.
