Qualifications

• Associate Degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of sales administrative tasks or similar duties.
• Experience in large, multi-site or global organizations is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce and other CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, validate and submit monthly, quarterly and annual administrative fee reports.
• Reconcile sales transactions and fee calculations against customer contracts.
• Monitor reporting deadlines and customer compliance requirements.
• Develop and maintain recurring sales reports, dashboards and performance metrics.

The Sales Administration & Pricing Analyst role

This role serves as a key liaison between Sales, Finance, Contracts, Customer Service, and Pricing teams to ensure accurate reporting, data integrity, and commercial support.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, validate, and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual administrative fee reports.
• Reconcile sales transactions and fee calculations against customer contract requirements.
• Monitor reporting deadlines and customer compliance requirements.
• Develop and maintain recurring sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Generate reports related to sales growth, profitability, and customer activity.
• Maintain customer pricing files, contracts, and pricing agreements.
• Process pricing requests, updates, approvals, and changes in accordance with company policies.
• Research and identify bid opportunities through public and private procurement portals.
• Support opportunity tracking and pipeline management activities.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree Minimum of 2 years of practical Sales Administrative tasks and duties
• It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Experience in multi-site or global organizations.
• Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, and other CRM systems.
