Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking an IAM/IGA specialist with 5-7 years of experience to support identity governance and administration. The role emphasizes hands-on work with SailPoint IdentityNow, RBAC design, and lifecycle management across enterprise apps.

The candidate should be proficient in managing access certifications, governance processes, and integration work with IT security teams. Preference given to those familiar with ServiceNow and HR-driven identity workflows.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow (Identity Security Cloud).
• Experience with access certifications, RBAC, and identity lifecycle management.
• Experience supporting certification campaigns and governance processes.

Job description

5 -7 years of experience in ldentity Governance & Administration (IGA).

Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow (ldentity Security Cloud)

Strong understanding of:

• a. Access Certifications
• b. Identity Lifecycle Management
• c. Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

Experience supporting applications integrations using:

• 1. JDBC connectors
• 2. File-based connectors (Delimited Files)
• 3.REST/API-based integrations (preferred

Experience troubleshooting identity and account reconciliation issues

Working knowledge of.:

• 1. Microsoft Entra ID
• 2. Okta
• 3. MFA solutions such as Duo
• 4. Privileged Access Management solutions such as BeyondTrusp

Functional Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting certification campaigns and governance processes.
• Ability to collaborate across infrastructure, application, ane-security teams.
• Experience working in ITIL-based support environments.

Familiarity with ServiceNow is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• SailPoint ldentityNgw certifications (preferred)
• Experience with provisioning /de-provisioning automation initiatives.
• Exposure to HR-driven identity processes (e.g., Workday integrations).

Experience supporting enterprise-scale IAM/IGA environments.
