Job summary

Standard Surfactants Ltd is seeking a Safety Officer for PAN India operations in a heavy manufacturing environment. The role covers safety oversight in Sulphonation, Spray Drying and Utilities, with regular inspections, identification of unsafe acts, and enforcing the Permit to Work system.

Ideal candidates have 3–7 years of experience and engineering qualifications. The role requires active risk assessment, HIRA/JSA, toolbox talks, and staff training to ensure safety compliance across multiple

Qualifications

• Education in chemical or mechanical disciplines with engineering diploma or degree.
• Experience in safety management in chemical/process industries.
• Hands-on experience with risk assessment methods and permit-to-work systems.

There is nothing like positive here . Extremly toxic enviornment . There are opening every time as the person joins and leaves in 2 weeks and does not got his TA DA and salary for that time .

Dislikes

No policy of leaves , No TA DA nothing . High attrion rate , you will see the opening every month. Management is in very hurry . They want you to bring business from day 1 . By 3rd Day they will pressure you to go and visit different parts of India.In a week time your life will become hell that you will leave and they wont give your expense and salary for that period of time. Every time they want new person to join take their leads and throw him out. job security is zero.
