Job summary

NeetDeep Group, an ELV and Smart Building Solutions provider, seeks a Safety Officer to ensure safe working conditions and regulatory compliance across project sites in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Immediate joiners preferred for a full-time role in the ELV sector.

The candidate will conduct safety inspections, enforce PPE use, oversee safety during CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, BMS, and Structured Cabling work, and coordinate with managers and contractors. Travel to project sites is required.

Qualifications

• Safety certification or qualification preferred.
• 1–3 years of site safety experience in ELV, electrical, MEP, or construction projects.
• Knowledge of PPE, risk assessment, electrical safety, and work-at-height precautions.
• Good communication, observation, and reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and proper use of PPE.
• Monitor safety during CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, BMS, and Structured Cabling installations.
• Ensure safe working practices for electrical work, drilling, ladder usage, and work-at-height activities.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for technicians, helpers, and contractors.
• Maintain safety inspection reports, incident records, and other required documentation.
• Investigate incidents and near misses and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safe handling of tools, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and client safety teams.
• Monitor compliance with client-specific safety requirements and applicable regulations.
