Job Description

Positions: SAC Planning & Reporting

Education Qualification: CA OR MBA in Finance

Experience:

• 8-12 years of experience as an accountant in NON-Financial services sector (preferably manufacturing or other non-financial services industries)
• 2-5 years of minimum experience in SAC Planning & Reporting
• Financial services sector experience - DO NOT APPLY PLEASE

Location: Bangalore, Gurgaon, Mumbai

CTC: 25-40 LPA per annum, commensurate with experience

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in SAC implementations (SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA)
• Strong expertise in finance modules (R2R, FA, AR, AP, Project Accounting, Costing, Margin Analysis)
• Experience with emerging technologies (RPA, AI) and EPM tools (SAC/Anaplan, OneStream, Oracle PBCS)
• Outstanding analytical and communication skills
• SAC certification would be an advantage
• Experience in managing large-scale finance transformation projects
• Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in data analytics and advanced data analytics tools
• Experience with cloud-based finance solutions
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance regulations in finance
• Ability to adapt to different industries and remain current on economic developments
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Responsibilities:

SAC Planning:

• Design and implement SAC Planning models for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Develop complex calculations, data transformations, and input forms to enable effective planning processes
• Provide support for what-if scenarios, variance analysis, and predictive planning functionalities

SAC Analytics & Reporting:

• Design and deliver SAC stories and dashboards for advanced analytics and interactive reporting
• Develop models and visualizations that provide actionable insights across different business functions (e.g., finance, sales, supply chain)

Others:

• Create KPIs, charts, and custom widgets to enhance decision-making capabilities
• Expertise in delivering user-friendly and visually appealing dashboards
