Job summary

Capgemini in Bengaluru seeks an SAP EPM / BPC Consultant for the HTD Program focused on SAC Planning & Reporting. 3-8 years of experience preferred in SAP BPC, SAP EPM, SAC Reporting, BW-IP, or similar planning and reporting solutions.

You will engage with finance stakeholders to design budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes and contribute to global delivery projects. The role requires understanding of FP&A, Controlling, P&L, and linked financial statements, plus hands-on experience in

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP BPC, SAP EPM, SAC Reporting, BW-IP, or similar Planning & Reporting solutions.
• Strong understanding of Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Planning, and Management Reporting processes.
• Finance domain knowledge covering FP&A, Controlling, P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Variance Analysis.
• Hands-on experience in developing or supporting planning, consolidation, reporting, or analytics solutions.
• Exposure to SAC Reporting (Stories, Dashboards, KPIs, Analytics) is highly preferred.
• Understanding of data modeling, data integration, and enterprise reporting concepts.
• Knowledge of SAP BW/BW4HANA, Datasphere, S/4HANA Finance, or related SAP technologies is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate in global delivery environments.
• Ability to work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into planning/reporting solutions.
• Willingness to undergo structured training and transition into SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning and Reporting roles.
• Candidates from Oracle Hyperion, PBCS, Anaplan, OneStream, or other EPM platforms with strong planning experience may also be considered.
