Job summary

NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS in Hyderabad, Telangana, is seeking a SAC Planning Consultant to join our planning team. The role focuses on delivering SAP Analytics Cloud-based planning initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, across enterprise environments.

You will work with Finance and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable SAC planning solutions, integrating both SAP and non-SAP systems, and driving adoption across multiple business units.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering SAC Planning solutions in enterprise environments.
• Experience implementing planning processes such as FPA, Opex Planning, Workforce Planning, CAPEX Planning, Revenue Planning, and management reporting.
• Experience supporting complex planning environments with multiple business units, planning cycles, scenarios, versions, and approvals workflows.
• Background in SAP BPC, BW-IP, BW Planning, Anaplan, or similar planning solutions is highly preferred.

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a SAC Planning Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Finance and business stakeholders to understand planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting requirements.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, documentation, and user adoption activities related to planning initiatives.
• Design and implement planning solutions supporting annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, FPA processes, and long-range planning.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to integrate planning solutions with SAP and non-SAP enterprise systems.
• Recommend process improvements and planning best practices based on implementation experience.
• Support production planning activities, issue resolution, and continuous enhancements.

Experience

• Hands-on experience delivering SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning solutions in enterprise environments.
• Experience implementing planning processes such as FPA, Opex Planning, Workforce Planning, CAPEX Planning, Revenue Planning, and management reporting.
• Experience supporting complex planning environments involving multiple business units, planning cycles, scenarios, versions, and approval workflows.
• Background in SAP BPC, BW-IP, BW Planning, Anaplan, or similar enterprise planning solutions is highly preferred.
• Experience working within integrated landscapes including S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Datasphere, and non-SAP source systems.
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate planning requirements into scalable solutions.

Note: Candidates may not be a fit if:

• Limited experience or interest in taking ownership of work, issue resolution, and not having delivery outcomes mindset.
• Have only completed SAC Planning training or certification but have not participated in a production implementation.
• This role is focused on enterprise planning and forecasting solutions. Candidates with experience primarily in SAC reporting, dashboards, stories, and analytics, without significant SAC Planning implementation experience, may not be a fit.

Ideally, a resource that has integrated SAC planning with Group Reporting, Project Systems and / or PPM would be perfect, but this is not a hard requirement.
