A leading consulting firm in Chennai seeks a professional to manage their Learning & Development training portfolio. You will collaborate with external teams and partners to design impactful training programs and facilitate sessions across various levels. A minimum of 6-7 years of experience in Learning & Development is essential, preferably with an MBA. This role offers an opportunity to work on strategic development plans and career-building initiatives.

Job Responsibilities: The professional will be responsible for handling end to end training portfolio across all levels for the Organization.
Partner with external teams, consulting organizations to design and implement development strategies and programs that will help, develop and retain talents. Facilitate non-technical training sessions, Behavioral Trainings. Process Trainings etc. Handle training sessions/workshops for participants across all levels. Collaborate with stakeholders in the design of learning solutions and learning methodologies, content development to deliver the solutions across all levels. Review the programs in line with market trends and current learning methodologies. Partner with training vendors and HR generalists in building capability frameworks and development plans for talents, career planning, skill development, Industry Institute partnership
