Job summary

Accenture Strategy and Consulting in India is seeking a consultant to lead S/4HANA-led supply chain transformations. You will work on design, workshops, and roadmap development to transform global clients’ supply chains.

You will guide teams through end-to-end implementation, partner with clients across logistics, warehousing, manufacturing and sales processes, and help build differentiated SAP-led solutions for business impact.

Qualifications

• Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with good academic record.
• MBA / Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management from Tier-1 College (Preferable)
• Experience: 2-8 years total post-qualification.

Responsibilities

• Drive design workshops using S/4HANA SCM capabilities and lead requirement gathering, solution design, and gap analysis.
• Independently lead or coach a team of functional consultants for workshops, configuration, testing, UAT, Cutover, and GO-LIVE activities.
• Demonstrate offerings in S/4HANA SCM capabilities (EWM/TM/PP/SD/MM/PM) to derive value during design, development, and implementation.
• Support client advisory on S/4HANA led SCM transformation and roadmaps.
• Develop assets and contribute to knowledge sharing and POVs on SAP-led transformations.

• Project Delivery:
• Using deep knowledge of S/4HANA Supply Chain capabilities, drive design workshops with the client and be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, gap analysis in any of the areas in S4 EWM/TM/PP/SD/MM/PM.

Roles & Responsibilities

• 4-8 years of relevant post qualification experience
• Good, in-depth experience working in one or more of the following: S/4 HANA led Solution Roadmap and Design:

Ability to understand and address client’s supply chain related pain points and advise best possible solution with S4 HANA at core.

Functional experience in any of the areas of S4 EWM/TM/PP /SD/ MM/ PM with minimum 2 end-to-end project implementations.

• SAP HANA Business Case and Roadmap Definition: Understanding and ability to develop business case focused on S/4 HANA
• SAP HANA Solution Development, Testing and Deployment: Ability to support SAP solution deployment considering the industry best practices.

Minimum of 2 years large scale SAP consulting experience in supply chain capabilities
