Accenture in India is seeking a GN - SC&O - SCM Planning professional for Japan, bilingual, at Analyst/Consultant/Manager level. Location options include Bangalore, Mumbai, Gurugram, and Chennai. Must have SCM planning experience plus Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N1/N2).

Lead and deliver project/multiple projects ensuring value delivery for the client within stipulated project timelines and budget
Manage client stakeholders across the board and Accenture project team
CXO level stakeholder management (Client and Accenture)
Monitor project financials and deliver against target profitability
Create and manage good independent relationships with clients
Expand opportunities with existing clients through proactive identification of pain points and innovative solutioning
Lead and drive solutioning for new business opportunities
Ideate and develop cutting edge points of view/articles that drives Accenture equity in the market
Design and build assets that distinguish Accenture capabilities to drive additional business
Strong contribution to knowledge sharing efforts, reviews and continually improves processes so that the team and firm capture and leverage knowledge
Build a strong team and be a strong role model, act as mentor and coach to ensure team aspirations on career growth are balanced with the firm's expectations
Take up certifications/ get trained in Planning Tools like O9, Kinaxis, Anaplan, Blue Yonder and other tools as required
Build the right talent through robust training sessions (design curriculum/delivery sessions) and through recruiting activities for the practice.
Led and delivered large scale engagements/teams (exposure to global clients or working across multiple geographies will be an added advantage)
