Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a candid SCM Planning professional with O9 experience to help understand and address end-to-end supply chain planning challenges. The role involves working on demand planning, S&OP, and supply planning in a dynamic project environment.

The candidate will participate in rollout of planning solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams, exhibiting strong analytical and communication skills to contribute to client success.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with Oracle/Blue Yonder/JDA or similar planning platforms.
• Experience in end-to-end supply chain planning concepts including demand planning, S&OP, and supply planning.
• O9 experience is specifically preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Experience in different supply chain processes focusing on demand planning, sales and operations planning, supply planning and control tower
• Experience in working supply chain packaged solution implementation projects, with an ability to work within a highly collaborative team environment
• Strong design, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent presentation and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

Ability to establish relationships with business, and bias for action

Professional & Technical Skills

• 1 – 6 years in Supply Chain Planning consulting experience
• Preferably four to five implementation experience with business platforms solutions like JDA/BY, Kinaxis, Anaplan, E2Open, Oracle SCM, SAP IBP/APO, etc
• O9 experience is preferred

Strong process knowledge of supply chain planning, sales and operations planning, supply chain planning control tower
