Accenture Strategy and Consulting seeks a Supply Chain & Operations professional to drive digital transformation and enrich client supply chains with SAP IBP solutions. The role blends end‑to‑end project ownership, client partnership and solution design with Accenture’s collaborative culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver multiple SAP IBP engagements, set roadmaps, ensure value delivery within project timelines and budgets.
• Lead business blueprint workshops, conduct SAP IBP requirement mapping, design process solutions and oversee solution configuration.
• Lead SAP IBP solution development, testing, deployment and cut‑over, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Drive solution assessment, advise clients on SAP IBP Supply Chain functionality, new features and implementation options.
• Build strong client relationships, identify gaps, propose innovative solutions and expand opportunities across the client portfolio.
• Support proposal drafting, manage sales and delivery cycles for SAP IBP opportunities, driving Accenture’s pursuit goals.
• Foster knowledge sharing, reviews and process improvement to capture and leverage knowledge across the team.
• Develop thought leadership, build capabilities, create assets and share best practices to influence market perception.
• Mentor and build talent through training and continuous learning.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of project life‑cycle experience with SAP IBP implementations.
• Strong experience in SAP IBP solution design, business case development, roadmap creation, testing, deployment, and cut‑over.
• Domain knowledge in supply chain management (inbound/outbound/warehouse operations and fulfillment) and SAP IBP integration with ECC, S/4, SAP APO.
• Understanding of end‑to‑end IBP project phases (blueprinting, configuration, testing, UAT, cut‑over).
• Excellent analytical, writing, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to solve complex business problems and deliver client delight.
• Cross‑cultural competence and team management skills for stakeholder engagement.

Desired Skills

• Deep knowledge of SAP IBP Supply Chain modules and implementation practices.
• Experience in designing and configuring SAP IBP solutions.
• Strong consulting and client partnership experience.

Education

• MBA or Master’s in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management (Tier‑1 college preferred).
• Bachelor’s in Engineering with a strong academic record.

Experience
