Roles and Responsibilities

Preferred Background: MBA or equivalent management qualificationcombined with anengineering or technology foundation.

• Advise clients on AI strategy, identifying high-impact use cases, building adoption roadmaps, and ensuring alignment with business priorities and industry trends.

• Manage end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled solutions, translating business objectives into tangible products and measurable outcomes.

• Bridge business and technology teams, ensuring AI/Gen AI/Agentic AI solutions meet strategic goals while fostering user adoption and change management.

• Engage senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, influencing decision-making and driving adoption of innovative, AI-powered business models.

• Shape product strategies, operating models, and transformation roadmaps for AI-driven initiatives across industries such as Mobility, Smart Cities, Aftersales Services, and Smart Connected Products.

• MedTech / Pharma SaMD, SiMD, biopharma platforms (Salesforce, IQVIA, Veeva),QMS systems(Trackwise, Veeva), GxP compliance, anddigital engineering for RD, QA/QC.

• HPS / Utilities (Smart Cities, Public Sector) Smart metering, iCCC, worker safety,wastesustainability, with expertise in Digital Twins, GIS, IoT and AI use casesfor governance and service delivery.

• AD CMT Product lifecycle design transformation using PLM/ALM (JIRA, ADO, Confluence, PTC, Servigistics), plus SDLC processes, warranty, and tech publications.

• Consulting Acumen: Proven track record indigital transformation,multi-disciplinary team leadership, andexecutive stakeholder engagement in technology-intensive industries.
