Boschgroup in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP professional specializing in S/4HANA and RAP to join our technical team. You will work on modern ABAP technologies and contribute to architecture, design, and delivery of critical SAP solutions.

With 5–10 years in SAP, you will implement CDS views, OData services, and MDG configurations while maintaining high standards for performance, security, and quality. Strong collaboration and leadership are valued in this role.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of SAP industry experience with S/4HANA ABAP and RAP.
• Extensive knowledge of ODATA, CDS, S4HANA (AMDP, CDS, Modelling & Scripting) & RAP.
• Strong ABAP OO programming and debugging experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement S/4HANA ABAP with RAP features.
• Support ABAP debugging; issue fixes and change coordination.
• Create and optimize CDS views, OData services, and MDG configurations.
• Lead and collaborate with team; ensure code quality and security.

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities :

• 5 to 10 years of SAP industry experience, SAP S4/HANA ABAP with RAP- 2+ years
• Extensive knowledge and experience on ODATA Services, CDS, S4HANA (AMDP, CDS, Modelling & Scripting) & RAP
• Support ABAP debugging; Change coordination; ticket handling
• Excellent ABAP Programming skills with good knowledge on ABAP Object Oriented programming
• Support Debug ABAP; Fix issues
• Proven hands-on experience as an SAP MDG Technical topics.
• Deep knowledge of SAP MDG Process, configuration, and implementation methodology.
• Strong understanding of MDG workflow configuration and change request management
• Development & Technical Design: S4HANA, ABAP expert, DDIC,OO Concepts , IDOC, CDS , programs, Archiving, Workflow etc.
• S/4HANA Modernization: Implement modern technologies such as RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model), CDS views, AMDP, and OData services.
• Quality Assurance & Optimization: Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and optimize code for performance, scalability, and security.
• Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of ABAP Objects, debugging, and performance tuning. - Modern ABAP: Hands-on experience with CDS Views, OData services, and RAP.
• Tools: Experience with Eclipse-based IDE (ADT) and SAP Fiori, SAP GUI
• Nice to have : Joule for developers, ABAP AI capabilities, Finance, Logistics
• Should be a good team player, leader to drive the team
• Exhibit good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
