Required work experience & education:

  • Graduate; preferably B. Sc- Botany, Agricultural Science, Food Science, Horticulture, or in any other related fields.
  • Minimum 18 years of experience in tea garden and tea estate activities
  • Tea garden labour compliance and other statutory compliances
  • Knowledge of the tea manufacturing and marketing
  • Ability to communicate with laborers and workers and managing all related disputes and problems
  • Fair knowledge of the topography of tea estates
  • Must have clear understanding of tea estate, labour and compliance
  • Excellent administrative and employee relations skill
