About the Apprenticeship Program

The 12-month Graduate Trainee Apprenticeship in Technology at Russell Investments offers a comprehensive hands-on learning experience. Eligibility Criteria

• Must not be self-employed
• Should not be enrolled in any other government-funded program
• Should not be registered on EPF/ESIC portal
• Should not be engaged in professional practice at the time of application
• Must have Aadhaar linked with personal mobile number and email address

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET, React, Angular, and SQL
• Develop and optimize databases with a focus on security and performance
• Get hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms and services
• Learn the basics of data engineering, including data pipelines and transformation
• Work with Snowflake for scalable data storage and analytics
• Collaborate with senior engineers in an agile team environment
• Attend technical training sessions, mentorship programs, and workshops
