Job description

We are looking for a dedicated & well-versed recruiter to join our HR team (Remote) in identifying hiring needs and filling job openings with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Drafting relevant Job Descriptions & Posting them on Multiple Job Boards.
  2. Sourcing candidates through various portals like Naukri, Indeed, Monster, and LinkedIn.
  3. Conducting initial phone screening.
  4. Communicating with candidates promptly and assisting them when they come in for interviews.
  5. Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
  6. Building good relations with candidates & maintaining end-to-end follow-ups of candidates.
  7. Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet internal and external deadlines.

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of IT recruitment experience is mandatory.
  2. Excellent communication and creativity skills.
  3. Familiarity with recruiting tools and software.
  4. Experience in recruitment processes and platforms.
  5. A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
  6. Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
  7. Strong negotiation skills.
  8. Female candidates are preferred.

Note: This is a Work From Home Role.

Qualifications:

  1. A university graduate; Masters (Computers / Business) is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
