Job summary

Shanti Educational Initiatives is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to own and deliver scalable, AI-powered software for our enterprise products. You will work across frontend React/TypeScript and backend Ruby on Rails, Node.js, Go or Elixir, shaping system design and APIs.

This role is based in Ahmedabad (WFO) or Hybrid, with a 5:00 PM–3:00 AM IST shift. We value strong problem solving, ownership, and clear communication as you build robust, observability-friendly services using AWS, Docker,

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with React, JavaScript and TypeScript; React is mandatory.
• Backend experience with Ruby on Rails (Must) or Node.js, Go or Elixir.
• Knowledge of system design, software architecture, APIs and scalable applications.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, etc.).
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes and Terraform.
• Exposure to AI/LLM, Generative AI and AI-powered automation.
• Experience with B2B SaaS / enterprise products preferred.
• Knowledge of observability tools such as Datadog, New Relic or PagerDuty.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and ownership skills.
