Audit Execution and Compliance

• Plan and execute audits within the defined time limits, ensuring strict adherence to established guidelines and standards.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards throughout the audit process.

Audit Issue Management

• Identify root causes and assess the financial impact of audit findings.
• Provide clear, practical, and actionable recommendations for the resolution of audit issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proper closure of identified issues.

Project Management

• Manage multiple audit projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth operations from planning to final deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for audits.

Client Management

• Independently handle 2-3 clients at any given time, maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Deliver audit findings and insights in a clear and impactful manner through presentations and written reports.

Leadership and Team Collaboration

• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Take ownership of audit engagements, demonstrating strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
