Job summary

Executive Softway Guild India Private Limited seeks an experienced RShiny Developer to maintain and enhance RShiny apps and create new solutions for a global user base within Global Development.

You will write scalable code in R, Shiny, and Python, support multi-env deployments, and contribute to package development. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in software development, with strong communication and independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, or related field.
• At least 10 years of software development/engineering experience.
• Strong RShiny and R development/deployment expertise.
• Good communication and written skills.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Clinical domain knowledge preferred.
• Python development expertise is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support and maintenance for existing RShiny applications

Education:

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, or related field is required.

Experience and Skills:

• A minimum of 10 years of meaningful experience in software development and engineering, clinical development or data science field
• High proficiency in RShiny and R development and deployment.
• Knowledgeable in modern software design patterns and architectural principles
• Must have superb communication, interpersonal, and written skills
• Must be able to work independantly and without supervision
• Understanding of clinical domain is preferred
• Expertise in Python development is a plus.
