About the Role
This senior-level role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining API integrations for RSA Archer and related systems, enabling seamless data exchange and workflow optimization. Based in Pune, India, you will be responsible for creating scalable integration solutions, ensuring data accuracy and governance, and enhancing financial system processes within regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain API integrations between RSA Archer, Auditboard, and other systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and workflow optimization.
- Consume APIs to pull data from external sources and post data to target systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with development and IT teams to gather requirements and design solutions aligned with integration needs.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all API integrations, workflows, and technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve API integration issues promptly, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Monitor the health and performance of API integrations, implementing best practices for authentication and security.
- Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions for GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest API development trends, security protocols, and integration best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in API integration development, with proven expertise in RSA Archer APIs.
- Strong understanding of the RSA Archer platform and deep familiarity with its functionalities.
- Hands‑on experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs, including JSON and XML data formats.
- Solid understanding of API authentication methods and security best practices.
- Familiarity with integration platforms, middleware, and APIGW.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive experience with GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) platforms.
- Knowledge of SQL for database management and querying.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Experience with agile development methodologies and CI/CD practices.
- Strong background in modernizing financial systems within regulated industries.
