Job summary

InfoBeans is seeking an experienced RSA Archer Developer/Configurator to design, customize, and maintain GRC solutions on the RSA Archer platform. You will work with business stakeholders to implement risk workflows, automate processes, and ensure policy compliance.

Responsibilities include configuring Archer applications, building workflows, data feeds, and dashboards; integrating with ServiceNow, SAP, and databases; handling upgrades and performance tuning.

Qualifications

• Strong RSA Archer experience with design, development, and configuration.
• Hands-on with application builder, workflow designer, data feeds, and reporting.
• Familiarity with SQL, APIs (REST/SOAP), XML/JSON.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced RSA Archer Developer/Configurator to design, develop, customize, and maintain GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) solutions using the RSA Archer platform. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to implement risk management workflows, automate processes, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize RSA Archer applications (Solutions, Questionnaires, Workflows)
• Develop advanced workflows, calculated fields, data feeds, and reports
• Customize modules such as:Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)IT Risk Management (ITRM)Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)Regulatory & Compliance Management
• Implement custom objects, access controls, and data integrations
• Develop and manage data feeds (import/export) using APIs, REST/SOAP services, and file-based integrations
• Integrate RSA Archer with external systems (e.g., ServiceNow, SAP, databases)
• Automate recurring processes using Archer job engine and event-based workflows
• Provide ongoing support for Archer platform issues
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization
• Handle platform upgrades, patching, and migration activities
• Design and develop dashboards, reports, and metrics
• Build advanced reporting using Archers reporting engine
• Provide insights into risk posture and compliance status

Technical Skills

• Strong experience with RSA Archer eGRC Platform.

Knowledge of:
