Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking a RPA UiPath Developer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience for a remote role.

You will design and implement automation across web, desktop, PDF, Excel and email workflows, ensuring production readiness and alignment with business goals.

The role requires hands-on setup of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator and Robots, plus robust exception handling, logging and performance tuning.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on UiPath Studio experience and REFramework usage.
• Experience automating web, desktop, PDF, Excel, and email tasks.
• Deep knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator (jobs, queues, assets, robots).
• Experience delivering end-to-end automation from feasibility to deployment.

Role: RPA UiPath Developer (3-5 Years)

Role Overview

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

1. Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, REFramework (comes by default).
2. Experience working on web, desktop, PDF, Excel, and email automations Must have.
3. In-depth knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator, including jobs, queues, assets, and robots – Must have.
4. Experience in implementing end-to-end automation, from technical feasibility assessment to production deployment (comes by default).
5. Hands-on experience in setup, installation, and configuration of UiPath components (Studio, Orchestrator, Robots) – Must have.
6. Experience in exception handling, logging, and performance optimization – Must have.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of GenAI concepts and hands-on exposure to AI Center, Document Understanding, or AI/ML models in UiPath.
• Experience integrating LLMs (Azure OpenAI / OpenAI APIs) with UiPath workflows.
• Exposure to Python / VB / Macros / SQL.
• API integration experience (REST/SOAP).
