About the Role

This role sits within the Intelligent Automation & Op Tech Tribe and plays a significant part in the transformational Intelligent Process Automation portfolio within PokerStars. The Intelligent Automation team aims to leverage RPA, NLP and other automation capabilities to solve problems and improve customer and employee experiences. The role leads RPA Developers to drive the programme through a mixture of redesign and building new processes in UiPath, and includes people management of RPA Developers. It is part of a diverse function based across different locations that uses technology to communicate better and to upskill and support each other daily, with strong supplier and business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver RPA solutions in line with the delivery and development framework.
• Lead RPA Developers to drive the programme through a mixture of redesign and building new processes in UiPath.
• Oversee the development lifecycle of RPA Developers, from design to deployment.
• Mentor and guide RPA Developers in process modelling, development and best practices.
• Establish and maintain robust RPA development standards to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Foster a collaborative environment through code reviews, pair programming and knowledge sharing.
• Partner with the Automation Delivery Manager to achieve departmental goals.
• Provide people management for RPA Developers.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Past experience working within an Operational environment.
• Experience architecting and developing process-led solutions using UiPath.
• Willingness to learn other automation technologies.
• Must be able to multitask and support multiple projects at a given time.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders and external clients.
• Ability to ensure teams can work to deadlines and manage expectations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Past experience working as a UiPath RPA developer.
• Experience with IBM Watson and/or using UiPath and IBM Watson together.
• People management experience.
