Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced RPA Developer / Automation Engineer to design, build and support UiPath automation solutions while leveraging Power Automate and Python.

You will integrate AI capabilities, cloud services such as AWS, APIs and chatbots, deliver scalable automations, and ensure documentation, testing, and change management are followed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of overall experience with UiPath development.
• Strong expertise in UiPath, Power Automate, and Python.
• Experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, Lambda, IAM).
• Familiarity with AI-based automation and APIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and support UiPath automation solutions.
• Build internal automations to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
• Enhance existing automations to improve performance, stability, and scalability.
• Develop solutions using Python and Power Automate.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities, APIs, chatbots, and cloud services.
• Troubleshoot incidents and optimize automation.
• Maintain technical documentation, testing, compliance, and change management standards.
• Identify automation opportunities and track business value (time saved, effort reduced).
