Job Description

Lead Engineer - RPA Development within Worldpay’s Enterprise Sales team. This role focuses on building and delivering automated processes using RPA tools to support Sales, Marketing, Demand Generation, and Customer Support across the organization.

What you will own

• Design, Develop and Deploy: Create and maintain high performant/scalable automated processes using RPA tools, adhering to best practices. Deploy RPA processes to live environments. Knowledge of logging and error management is required.
• Business Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and define business requirements for RPA solutions.
• Testing and Troubleshooting: Test and troubleshoot automated processes to ensure accuracy and performance.
• Documentation: Create, update, and manage documentation for automated processes.
• Integration: Integrate RPA solutions with Salesforce and other legacy systems.
• Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor the performance of automated processes and implement necessary updates.
