Job summary

Peoplefy Infosolutions in Pune, Maharashtra, seeks an automation engineer to design, develop and deploy automation solutions using UiPath, Power Automate and SAP Build Process Automation.

Analyze requirements, create robust components, and integrate with SAP ECC/S4HANA, Microsoft 365, APIs and databases with strong security and deployment practices.

Collaborate with Analysts and Process Owners to enable rapid delivery, UAT support, and ongoing enhancement of AI-enabled automation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test and deploy automation solutions using UiPath, Power Automate and SAP Build Process Automation per CoE standards.
• Analyze requirements, process maps, business rules, exceptions, controls and acceptance criteria; clarify gaps with Business Analysts, Process Owners and operational SMEs.
• Develop robust automation components: workflows, integrations, queues, forms, approvals, exception handling, logging and notifications.
• Integrate automation solutions with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft 365, APIs, databases, files and other enterprise apps while ensuring security controls.
• Perform unit, integration and regression testing; support UAT, release, deployment, hyper care and handover.
• Monitor production automations, investigate failures, resolve incidents and implement improvements.
• Maintain documentation including solution designs, configuration records, runbooks and change logs.
• Contribute to peer reviews and knowledge sharing for AI-enabled automation capabilities.

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test and deploy attended and unattended automation solutions using UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate and SAP Build Process Automation in line with CoE standards.
• Analyze approved requirements, process maps, business rules, exceptions, controls and acceptance criteria; clarify gaps with Business Analysts, Process Owners and operational subject-matter experts.
• Develop robust, reusable and supportable automation components, including workflows, integrations, queues, forms, approvals, exception handling, logging and notifications.
• Integrate automation solutions with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft 365, APIs, databases, files and other approved enterprise applications while following security and access controls.
• Perform unit, integration and regression testing; support user acceptance testing, release preparation, deployment, hyper care and operational handover.
• Monitor production automations, investigate failures, resolve incidents, perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive improvements.
• Maintain complete technical and operational documentation, including solution designs, configuration records, test evidence, runbooks, support guides and change records.
• Contribute to peer reviews, reusable assets, development standards, knowledge sharing, process improvement and responsible adoption of AI-enabled automation capabilities.
