About The Role

We are seeking a Junior Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer and Tester to join our virtual healthcare company. In this role you will perform production testing and minor code fixes for the automation solutions within our virtual healthcare platform, ensuring smooth operation and efficient service delivery to our users.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and enhancement of automation solutions using RPA tools (such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism) within the virtual healthcare platform.
• Perform testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and end‑to‑end testing to ensure quality and reliability of the RPA solutions.
• Identify and document any issues or defects encountered during testing, and collaborate with the development team to resolve them effectively.
• Carry out problem analysis and develop minor code fixes or enhancements to address identified defects.
• Collaborate with virtual healthcare teams to plan and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate RPA solutions against specific healthcare requirements.
• Gain a deep understanding of virtual healthcare processes and workflows to identify automation opportunities and propose innovative RPA solutions.
• Collaborate with operations teams to facilitate smooth deployment and ongoing operation of RPA solutions in the virtual healthcare platform.
• Provide technical support and assistance to end‑users, helping them troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to RPA automation.
• Stay updated with the latest RPA tools, technologies, and best practices in the virtual healthcare industry to continually improve knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in RPA development and testing is preferred; fresh graduates with a strong understanding of RPA concepts and enthusiasm to learn will also be considered.
• Familiarity with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python is preferred but not required; familiarity with SQL is also a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve RPA issues within the virtual healthcare platform.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform thorough testing, as well as document test cases and results accurately.
• Passion for automation, process improvement, and eagerness to contribute to the advancement of virtual healthcare technologies.
