Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated RPA Developer with expertise in Blue Prism to join our automation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining automation solutions that enhance business process efficiency, scalability, and compliance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, provide mentorship to junior engineers, and ensure delivery of high-quality, secure, and reliable RPA solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Blue Prism automation solutions to drive process efficiency.
• Create, review, and maintain Process Design Instructions (PDI) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
• Develop reusable Blue Prism components to accelerate project delivery and reduce costs.
• Optimize existing automations for efficiency, scalability, and performance, reducing processing times and resource usage.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues to ensure stability of automated workflows.
• Configure Blue Prism Scheduler for unattended, off-peak, and overnight executions.
• Integrate Blue Prism solutions with REST APIs and external systems for seamless data exchange.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in automation design and development.
• Ensure all automations adhere to cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into deliverable automation solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth end-to-end automation delivery.
• Provide technical support and knowledge sharing to team members and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior developers, fostering technical growth and a culture of excellence.
• Provide guidance on troubleshooting, coding standards, and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Blue Prism RPA development (design, implementation, optimization).
• Strong understanding of RPA architecture, workflows, and components.
• Experience integrating RPA solutions with APIs and third-party systems.
• Proficiency in creating documentation: PDI, SDD, and technical design documents.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in automation solutions.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience mentoring or guiding junior team members is a plus.

Preferred

• Blue Prism Developer or Solution Designer certification.
• Experience with other automation tools and technologies.
• Background in process analysis and business transformation.
