Job description

IT Support is responsible for providing technical assistance to users and resolving computer-related issues. The job involves troubleshooting hardware and software problems, installing software and hardware, and configuring systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical problems in a timely manner
  2. Install and configure software and hardware components
  3. Perform regular maintenance tasks on computers and related systems
  4. Troubleshoot network and system issues
  5. Provide training and support to users on various software and hardware applications
  6. Maintain inventory of hardware, software, and licenses
  7. Document and record technical issues and their resolution
Requirements:
  1. Strong technical skills in computer hardware and software
  2. Good knowledge of operating systems, network administration, and database management
  3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  6. Relevant certification in IT support (e.g. A+, Network+, etc.) is a plus
Education and Experience:
  1. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  2. Relevant work experience in IT support in Hospital Industry preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month

Day range:
  1. Monday to Friday
  2. Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:
  1. Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
