Job Purpose

The role of Assistant Manager – Graphic Designer and Video Editor is to be responsible for creating visually compelling designs and editing engaging videos to communicate our brand message effectively across various platforms, is in line with Royal Enfield brand imagery, tone of voice, and overall brand ethos.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and design various graphics materials for Digital, Social and print
• Edit raw footage into captivating videos that align with our brand identity and storytelling goals
• Advise best practices and optimizations throughout the design process
• Collaborate with other artists and designers in creating graphics and video solutions that fall in line with the brand’s tonality
• Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software
• Ensure consistency in style, branding, and messaging across all graphic and video projects
• Follow brand guidelines at all times
• Manage multiple projects within design specifications and time restrictions
• Implement feedback and changes whenever possible
• Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project
• Ensure projects are completed on time with a high-quality delivery

Education

Bachelor’s degree in graphics design, film production or related field (Preferably Art Schools)

Experience

• Min 3 years experience working in similar relevant domain
• A flair for both attention to detail and creating content in a range of styles to suit different audiences
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar programs.
• Proficient with Viacom/digital Graphic creation mediums and tools.
• Creative thinker, good understanding of design principles, typography, composition, aesthetics and a strong color & Font’s sensibility.
• Excellent attention to details and a perfectionist.
• Multi-tasker, ability to deliver projects on-time; adaptable to different work environments and a quick learner.
• Strong written and verbal communication and language skills.
