About The Role:
As our Salesforce.com Solutions Architect / Salesforce Administrator, you have a unique opportunity to help build out technological infrastructure and process for a high growth FinTech company. This is a terrific opportunity for a dynamic innovator to accelerate YipitData’s growth by creating high impact efficiencies and important data points across multiple teams and verticals.

You will directly contribute to the performance of the revenue organization by managing and implementing solutions that contribute to consistent revenue performance, accurate data capture, effective process evaluation, and minimal administrative burden. As a valued thought partner, you will be working collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders across our company and bring an ownership mentality to the revenue team’s workflow.

As Our Salesforce.com Solutions Architect / Salesforce Administrator, You Will:

1. Manage the design, configuration, and administration of YipitData’s Salesforce.com environment to create efficiencies in workflow, improve data capture, and ensure security.
2. Partner with SMEs across each vertical to help support improvements to workflow guiding to strong quota attainment.
3. Work to limit complexity and technical debt as changes are made within the system.
4. Make critical decisions on what technology and process will have the greatest impact.
5. Maintain a product management process to hit important iterative milestones and keep relevant parties up to date on priorities and developments.

You Are Likely To Succeed, If:

1. You have at least 5 years of experience administering Salesforce.com within complex organizations.
2. You have a history of taking complex problems and business requirements and turning it into a simple solution for end users.
3. You enjoy working with stakeholders and can effectively get to the root problem.
4. You are empowered by impact instead of feature creation.
