We are urgently looking for HR Manager for our organization at Andheri East MIDC location.
Please find below the detailed responsibilities:
Experience: 10+ Years
Location: Andheri MIDC
Working Days: 6 Days
Working Timings: 9 am to 5.30 pm
Talent Acquisition
- Responsible for talent acquisition as and when required
- Decide the appropriate strategy for sourcing candidates
- Manage & support end-to-end recruitment for factory-level positions (artisans, setters, polishers, etc.) as & when required
- Ensure timely onboarding, induction, and documentation for workers and staff.
HR Operations & Payroll
- Responsible for roll out of appointment letters/ offer letters/ confirmation process
- Ensure timely updation of employee files and documents for record purpose
- Maintain an updated employee database
- Leave & attendance administration
- Ensure error free Payroll administration within timelines of monthly payroll cycle
- Ensure statutory deductions, loans, advances are made as per the prevailing law & company policy
- Ensure timely submission of various documents like enrolment, withdrawal, nomination, updation for ESIC, PF, Mediclaim etc
- Handling of Termination Case (Resignation Acceptance Letter, FnF)
- Oversee contract labour & vendor compliance
- Maintain hygiene, discipline & safety alignment with company policy
- Handle legal cases related to HR
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Foster a positive and motivating work culture.
- Manage grievance redressal and resolve issues promptly.
- Support appraisals, skill evaluations, and succession planning for key roles.
- Organize engagement programs, skill-building sessions, and reward systems.
- Promote a learning culture through initiatives and workshops.
Compliance & Statutory Requirements:
- Ensure full compliance with labour laws, including Factories Act, ESI, PF, Bonus Act, etc.
- Handle statutory inspections and audits.
- Maintain proper documentation and HR records.
- Maintain mandatory licenses, registrations, labour & welfare related licenses, fire & safety records & notices to be maintained.
Administration
- Ensure smooth running of office administration
- Identify, negotiate and finalize different vendors like housekeeping, stationery, water, AMCs, insurance etc.
- Ensure annual maintenance contracts (AMC) of all office assets and renewal of the same on timely manner
MIS
- Generate timely HR related MIS and Reports
Preferred Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of manufacturing HR practices
- Proactive, people-oriented, and good at conflict resolution
- Tech-savvy with exposure to HRMS, payroll systems, and Excel
Note: candidate may need to travel to other factories of the company at Andheri & Kandivali location as & when required.
