Job summary

The role involves delivering STEM sessions for grades 1–10, teaching Block Coding, Python, robotics, electronics, and more, and coordinating school programs with opportunities for growth and travel between Bangalore and Nellore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with teaching aptitude.
• Experience teaching Coding, Robotics, Electronics, or STEM subjects.
• Strong understanding of STEM technologies and hands-on learning.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage students through activity-based learning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging STEM sessions for students from Grades 1 to 10.
• Teach Block Coding, Python, Robotics, 3D Printing, Electronics, Drones, AI and related topics.
• Manage the overall STEM program within the assigned school.
• Coordinate with school management and staff to ensure smooth execution of activities.
• Guide, mentor, and support students through project-based learning.
• Organize workshops, exhibitions, competitions, and STEM events.
• Create and maintain documentation; conduct virtual sessions when required.
• Train and support junior team members; assist senior staff as needed.

Requirements

Training & Deployment

Selected candidates will initially undergo training in Bangalore. Upon successfulcompletion of the training program, the candidate will be deputed to Nellore,Andhra Pradesh

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Electronics,or a related field.
  
• Prior experience teaching Coding, Robotics, Electronics, or STEM-relatedsubjects is mandatory.
  
• Strong understanding of STEM technologies and hands-on learningmethodologies.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  
• Ability to engage students through interactive and activity-based learning.
  
• Strong leadership and school coordination skills.
  
• Willingness to relocate and work from the assigned location.
  
• Salary package 2.8 LPA TO ₹4.8 LPA after successful completion of training.
