Role Description

As a Robotics Educator at OLL.co, you will deliver engaging, hands‑on robotics lessons to school‑age learners, focusing on practical applications and real‑world problem‑solving. In this part‑time, on‑site role based in Bengaluru South, you will prepare lesson plans, set up classroom robotics kits and equipment, and guide learners through structured activities, projects, and challenges. You will explain core concepts in robotics and related STEM fields, support learners as they build and program robots, and adapt teaching methods to different learning levels. The role includes assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom environment, and collaborating with other educators to refine curricula and teaching approaches.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience delivering lessons to school‑age learners.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Training skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and support diverse learning needs.
• Candidates should possess Lesson Planning skills, with the ability to design structured, hands‑on robotics activities and projects.
• Practical knowledge of robotics kits, basic electronics, and introductory programming (e.g., Scratch, block‑based coding, or Arduino) is highly beneficial.
• Prior experience in STEM education, maker spaces, or after‑school robotics clubs is an advantage.
• Ability to manage a classroom, foster an inclusive learning environment, and engage learners through interactive teaching methods.
• A diploma or degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Education, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience in robotics teaching.
• Availability for part-time, on‑site work in Bengaluru South and willingness to align with OLL.co’s practical learning philosophy.
