Job summary

Zigsaw in India is seeking passionate educators to teach block coding, Python, and STEM-related topics to students from grades 1–10. You will deliver hands-on lessons, run engaging workshops, and help students prepare for competitions.

The role involves developing innovative resources, mentoring junior teammates, and coordinating with schools. Expect Monday–Saturday shifts starting around noon or early afternoon, with travel to partner schools and a dynamic, supportive working environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years of relevant teaching and management experience.
• Prior teaching experience in STEM-related subjects is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Coding, Robotics, and Electronics.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage students through activity-based learning methods.
• Willingness to travel extensively for school programs and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Teach block coding, Python to school kids.
• Create and maintain tech and official documents as required.
• Conduct engaging events and prepare students for competitions.
• Develop innovative education resources for school students.
• Guide and mentor students, design engaging workshops, and foster a creative learning environment.
• Conduct virtual sessions.
• Conduct training sessions for junior team members.
• Manage team at school.
• Coordinate with school management to full fill organisation goals.
• Assist seniors in their work.
• Conduct engaging STEM sessions for students from Grades 1-10.
• Flexible to work Monday to Saturday with occasional weekday offs, 8-hour shifts starting at 12 PM or 2 PM, with immediate or early joining preferred.
