Job summary

JobTrade in Hyderabad is seeking an RO Technician to visit customer locations for installation, troubleshooting, and technical support across the city. You will handle service tickets, install Wi-Fi routers and RO devices, and diagnose connectivity and hardware issues.

New graduates with basic technical knowledge are welcome. Strong communication and English writing skills are required, with willingness to travel extensively in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

• 12th Pass or above is required.
• Freshers with basic technical knowledge can apply.
• Prior experience in DTH, Broadband, Telecom, RO Service, or Field Service is preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
• Minimum English writing knowledge is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer locations across Hyderabad to provide installation, troubleshooting, and technical support.
• Attend and resolve assigned customer service tickets.

Job Description

• Visit customer locations across Hyderabad to provide installation, troubleshooting, and technical support.
• Attend and resolve assigned customer service tickets.
• Install and configure Wi-Fi routers and internet devices.
• Install, troubleshoot, and service RO/water purifier connections.
• Diagnose and resolve connectivity, hardware, and installation-related issues.
• Assist customers with mobile application setup and usage.
• Ensure timely closure of service requests while maintaining quality customer service.
• Maintain daily service reports and update ticket status accurately.
• Communicate with customers professionally and explain technical issues and solutions clearly.

Daily Targets

• Resolve a minimum of 10 service tickets per day.
• Travel approximately 80–100 km per day to customer locations.

Required Qualifications

• 12th Pass or above.
• Prior experience in DTH, Broadband, Telecom, RO Service, or Field Service is preferred.
• Freshers with basic technical knowledge can also apply.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Mandatory Requirements

• Own two-wheeler (Bike).
• Valid Driving License (DL).
• Willingness to travel extensively within Hyderabad.
• Ability to work independently in field locations.
