ICF is deploying a Remote Monitoring System and SCADA integration for a 3-year renewable energy project in New Delhi. The role connects field IoT devices with centralized platforms, ensuring data availability, latency and system performance, with client-site deployment and field travel as required.
Ideally, 5+ years in RMS/IoT integration, knowledge of solar PV and utility environments, and strong collaboration with stakeholders will drive successful deployment and ongoing O&M support.
Design, configure, integrate, test and support Remote Monitoring System and SCADA solutions for renewable energy scheme assets. The role connects field IoT devices and gateways with centralized platforms, State Solar Energy Data Management systems and national portals, while monitoring data availability, communications and system performance. Education B.E./B.Tech. or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, Electrical & Electronics, Computer Science/IT or an equivalent discipline.
Experience Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in RMS, IoT or remote-monitoring integration, preferably including Solar PV and DISCOM or utility projects.
Work closely with Client, internal PMU colleagues and relevant state, utility, financial, vendor or technology stakeholders. Maintain role-specific work plans, action trackers, deliverable calendars and supporting records. Produce clear, accurate and decision-ready outputs within agreed timelines and quality standards. Handle programme, beneficiary, financial, portal and stakeholder information confidentially and follow approved access and information-security requirements. Undertake field travel and support urgent programme reviews when required by the assignment.
