DESCRIPTION

Responsible for the overall building and facilities maintenance, focusing on reliability, performance, and cost efficiency. This includes maintenance and troubleshooting of conveyors involving automation such as PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFDs, and field sensors, as well as Material Handling Systems (MHEs) like conveyors, sortation systems, scanners, cameras, X-ray machines, scales, and control cabinets.

Develop and implement Preventive Maintenance routines, provide training to RME Coordinators and Technicians, manage vendor AMCs, oversee material procurement, and maintain spare parts inventory. Analyze equipment performance and manage daily operational issues, leading a team of maintenance technicians and third-party service providers. Ensure safety standards are upheld and maintain site cleanliness within 5S standards. Lead initiatives within the team and provide immediate technical guidance during critical events.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee building and facilities maintenance including automation and MHE systems.
• Develop preventive maintenance routines and vendor agreements.
• Manage procurement and spare parts inventory.
• Analyze equipment performance and address operational issues.
• Lead and train maintenance teams and coordinate with third-party providers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Controls Engineering or equivalent experience. Engineer preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in industrial or commercial engineering, preferably in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Electrical and Mechanical background, with experience in electrical distribution, HVAC, fire systems, and material handling.
• Experience managing subcontractors and troubleshooting technical systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CMMS, AutoCAD (preferred).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

More than 6 years of experience in warehousing or manufacturing, with hands-on knowledge of automation and controls.
