Job summary

ASSPL - Haryana is seeking a Maintenance & Facilities Lead to oversee building upkeep, reliability and safety on site. You will manage maintenance of trolleys, conveyors, PLCs and electrical systems, leading a team of 3rd party technicians and coordinating with Operations.

You will develop preventive maintenance routines, implement vendor AMCs, and work closely with Procurement to ensure stocked spare parts. Flexibility for weekend/nights is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of Microsoft Office products experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Eng.
• Willing to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall building and facilities maintenance (Reliability, Performance, Cost).
• Lead a team of Maintenance technicians and 3rd party facilities service provider.
• Develop and apply Preventive Maintenance Routines on equipment.
• Develop and implement vendor AMCs with appropriate service levels for equipment.
• Follow up required material purchasing with the Procurement Team.
• Develop and implement a spare part identification and maintaining stock levels.
• Provide feedback and analysis on equipment performance and availability.
• Manage day to day issues on equipment with the Operations teams and organize the work.

• Responsible for equipment maintenance (Trolleys, Conveyors, work stations, Labeling Machines, PLC control systems, electrical systems etc.) leading a team of 3rd party technicians
• Develop and apply Preventive Maintenance Routines on equipment.
• Develop and implement vendor AMCs with appropriate service levels for equipment
• Follow up required material purchasing with the Procurement Team
• Develop and implement a spare part identification and maintaining stock levels
• Provide feedback and analysis on equipment performance and availability
• Manage day to day issues on equipment with the Operations teams, defining Priorities with Operation, and organize the work with his team
• Responsible to manage a team of Maintenance technicians and 3rd party facilities service provider. Define goals, priorities, organized staff planning, staff training to ensure service levels.
• Responsible to keep people working in a safe environment, applying the Amazon Safety Policy and working with the Safety team to improve safety on site.
• Responsible for building housekeeping to keep the site within 5S standards
• Support the Engineering team for installation of new equipment

Basic Qualifications

• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• 2+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Reliability Engineering, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) Full Time experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience
• Work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree, or Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience working with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) integrators
• Experience maintaining material handling equipment and integrated systems
• Experience in project management
• Experience with statistical analysis
