Job summary

Job description

The RM Analyst will perform raw material analysis, laboratory testing, documentation, instrument handling, quality control records, and GLP-compliant testing support at Helios, Ahmedabad. This requires graduate or postgraduate qualification with 2–3 years of quality control experience in raw material analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing of raw materials as per approved specifications and SOPs.
• Verify sample details, material code, batch number, supplier details, and test requirements before analysis.
• Handle QC instruments, laboratory equipment, reagents, standards, and analytical methods.
• Prepare analytical worksheets, test reports, logbooks, sample records, and QC documentation accurately.
• Follow GLP, GMP, GDP, laboratory safety, chemical handling, and data integrity standards.
• Support instrument calibration, verification, maintenance, and cleaning activities.
• Report OOS, OOT, abnormal results, instrument issues, or sample-related concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with QA, warehouse, purchase, production, and QC team members.
• Maintain proper labeling, storage, handling, and disposal of chemicals, reagents, and samples.
• Support vendor sample testing, stability support, and documentation review when required.
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness, safety, and discipline.
• Ensure accurate, reliable, and compliant raw material testing support.
