We are hiring for an International Voice Process.

NOTE:
* This requirement is for candidates who are currently in Bangalore.
* Candidates should be excellent in communication.

Openings available:
Process Name: International Technical Support
Qualification: Graduates / Under Graduates
Salary: Max 4.2 LPA + incentives
Shift Timings: DAY SHIFT
Location: BANGALORE

Experience Needed: Candidates should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in international voice process / International Sales / Client Servicing. Candidates should be flexible to work with rotational shifts and must be fluent in communication.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Focus:
    Take ownership of each customer while empathizing and prioritizing customer needs.
  2. Resolve conflicts and manage customer expectations.
  3. Determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions through relationship building.
  4. Communication Skills:
    Effective verbal and written communication with both external and internal customers.
  5. Document customer account activities thoroughly and concisely.
  6. Engage in interactive dialogue with customers through active listening.
  7. Problem Solving Skills:
    Approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome.
  8. Make appropriate decisions on behalf of the customer quickly and effectively.
  9. Effectively prioritize work to ensure efficiency.
  10. Conduct research as needed.
  11. Analytical Skills:
    Critical thinker with the ability to exercise independent judgment.
  12. Accuracy and attention to detail.
  13. Required to abide by all applicable regulatory and department practices and procedures.
  14. Computer Skills:
    Familiarity with multiple browsers, multiple tabs, window navigation and instant messenger tools.
  15. Fluency in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office tools.
