ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

RITES is currently seeking dynamic and hard‑working legal professionals for regular positions. This recruitment drive aims to fill key roles in the legal department to handle infrastructure contracts, litigation, and corporate compliance at a senior and mid‑management level.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• DGM (Legal): Handling high‑value infrastructure contracts, arbitration, and complex litigation matters.
• Assistant Manager (Legal): Drafting legal documents, assisting in court cases, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• General: Providing legal opinions, vetting tenders/MoUs, and representing the company before various judicial and quasi‑judicial bodies.

ELIGIBILITY

• DGM (Legal):
  • Qualification: Degree in Law.
  • Experience: Minimum 11 years of post‑qualification experience.
  • Age: Maximum 41 years as of 27.04.2026.
• Assistant Manager (Legal):
  • Qualification: Degree in Law.
  • Experience: Minimum 02 years of post‑qualification experience.
  • Age: Maximum 32 years as of 27.04.2026.

SALARY/PERKS

• DGM (Legal): Pay Scale of ₹70,000 – ₹2,00,000 (Approx. CTC of ₹23.64 Lakhs per annum).
• Assistant Manager (Legal): Pay Scale of ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 (Approx. CTC of ₹16.89 Lakhs per annum).
• Perks: Includes Basic Pay, DA, HRA/Lease, Performance Related Pay (PRP), Medical facilities, and other allowances as per company rules.

LOCATION

Headquartered in Gurgaon, Haryana, though postings can be at any RITES project site across India.
