Note: This role is office based in Bengaluru and will have rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.

Key job responsibilities

• Manage a team of investigators.
• Provide data analysis and conduct investigations as needed.
• Pull data from numerous databases using Excel, Access, SQL, and other data management systems to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis.
• Take appropriate action to identify and help minimize the risk posed by fraud or abuse patterns and trends.
• Identify and eliminate root causes of defects to drive efficiency in transportation operations.
• Understand the business impact of trends and make data‑based decisions.
• Systematically escalates problems or variance in information and data to relevant owners and teams.
• Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs while measuring and identifying activities performed.
• Write and verbal communication: create a narrative outlining weekly findings and variances to goals, and present findings in a review forum.
• Drive operational excellence and process improvements.
• Develop employees and expand team capabilities.
• Manage and execute defined metrics and quality, maintaining clear metrics on investigation handling volume, performance, and decision quality.
• Use quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize and influence, show creativity, experimentation, and innovation, and drive projects with urgency in this fast‑paced environment.
• Be willing to work in rotational shifts.

Basic qualifications

• Experience with MS Office, MS Excel, and data retrieval languages.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working on identity verification or fraud detection processes.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, transportation, customer service, and/or distribution environments.
• Minimum 5 years of overall experience, including over 3 years leading an operational organization in a global environment and a team of 15+ employees.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent.
• Flexibility to adapt to a 24 x 7 operating environment.
• Ability to pull data from databases using Excel, Access, SQL, and other data management systems.
• Well‑versed with written and verbal communication skills both remotely and face‑to‑face.
• Evidence of success in operational management, enhancement, and change.
• Coaching and leadership skills, including evidence of successful succession planning models.
• More than 3 years of people and performance management experience.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in Lean and Six Sigma.
• Data management and data quality control experience with pulling and analyzing large data sets.
• Knowledge of using data to drive root cause elimination and process improvement.
• Experience spotting trends and fixing gaps in data.
• Experience building QuickSuite dashboards.
