Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Risk and Compliance Specialist aligned with the Risk and Compliance vertical to perform internal audit quality assurance, design controls, and support client external audits.

You will review the effectiveness and impact of Internal Audit on risk management and provide advisory and execution to ensure Internal Audit remains fit for the future across governance, operating model, process, data, analytics, technology, talent and performance management.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk and compliance reviews and reporting.
• Ability to design and recommend controls to mitigate risk.
• Familiarity with internal audit standards and leading practices.

Responsibilities

• Align with Risk and Compliance to perform compliance reviews and publish action reports.
• Provide closure guidance as needed to ensure issues are resolved.
• Support readiness for client external audits with effective controls.
• Review the effectiveness and impact of Internal Audit on risk management.

What would you do?

• You will be aligned with our Risk and Compliance vertical and help us perform compliance reviews, publish reports with actions and provide closure guidance as needed.
• We design & recommend effective controls to mitigate risks and help service delivery team prepare for upcoming client external audits.
• You will be working as a part of the Risk compliance team which is responsible for helping clients and organizations identify risks and create mitigation plans
• Review of effectiveness, quality, impact and influence of Internal Audit as it pertains to risk management and compliance objectives.
• In addition, providing advisory and execution to ensure internal audit functions remain fit for the future in line with Internal Audit standards and leading practices - across the dimensions of Governance, Operating Model, Process, Data, Analytics, Technology, Talent, Skills and Performance Management.

What are we looking for?

• Primary skill - Internal Audit Quality Assurance - P3 Roles and Responsibilities:
• In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems.
• May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures.
• The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
• Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor.
• May interact with peers and or management levels at a client and or within Accenture.
• Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments.
• Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside.
• Individual would manage small teams and or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
• Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
