Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Risk & Compliance Analyst in Noida to support Insurance Risk Management. The role involves performing compliance reviews, publishing action-oriented reports, and advising on control design to mitigate risks.

You will contribute to regulatory readiness and cross-functional risk governance within the Risk & Compliance vertical. Applicants should have a BCom and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with a focus on risk assessment, policy implementation and audit support.

Qualifications

• BCom degree required.

• Experience in insurance risk management context preferred.

Responsibilities

• Align with Risk and Compliance to perform compliance reviews and publish action-oriented reports.
• Design and recommend controls to mitigate risks and support audits.
• Identify, assess and manage regulatory risks to ensure compliance.
• Develop risk management strategies and implement policies.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure ongoing compliance.
• May be required to work in rotational shifts.

What would you do?

You will be aligned with our Risk and Compliance vertical and help us perform compliance reviews, publish reports with actions and provide closure guidance as needed. We design & recommend effective controls to mitigate risks and help service delivery team prepare for upcoming client / external audits. Risk & Compliance involves identifying, assessing, and managing risks to ensure an organization adheres to laws and regulations. This role includes developing risk management strategies, conducting compliance audits, and implementing policies to mitigate risks. It also involves monitoring regulatory changes and ensuring the organization remains compliant. The goal is to protect the organization from legal and financial risks while maintaining ethical standards. Insurance Risk Management is the assessment and quantification of the likelihood and financial impact of events that may occur in the customers world that require settlement by the insurer, and the ability to spread the risk of these events occurring across other insurance underwriters in the market.
