Job summary

Innovatiview India Limited is seeking a Manager/Sr. Manager Risk Advisory to safeguard assets, reputation, and business objectives through proactive risk identification, monitoring, and mitigation.

You will provide independent risk-based assurance, strengthen internal controls, and promote ethical practices across the organization. Key responsibilities include maintaining risk registers, designing controls, conducting audits, ensuring compliance, and supporting vigilance/ethics initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate with CA Inter/MBA; CIA and/or CFE preferred.
• 4–8 years in Risk Advisory, Forensics and Internal Audit.
• Familiarity with COSO framework and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Maintain risk registers and report risk trends.
• Design/test internal controls and reviews.
• Plan and conduct audits; track closures.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and policies.
• Support fraud investigations and whistleblower processes.

Position: Manager/Sr. Manager Risk Advisory

Reporting to: AVP (Head) Risk and Vigilance

Grade: Manager/Sr. Manager

Role Purpose:

As a Risk Advisor, the role is responsible for supporting the organization in safeguarding its assets, reputation, and business objectives through proactive identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation of operational and enterprise risks. The role provides independent and objective risk-based assurance and advisory services to strengthen internal controls, enhance compliance, promote ethical practices, and improve operational efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. 1. Risk Management: Maintaining risk registers, identifying risks, Risk assessments. Prepare periodic reports/dashboards on risk trends, fraud incidents, and vigilance status.
2. 2. Internal Controls: Control design and implementation, testing control effectiveness, control reviews.
3. 3. Internal Audit and Process reviews: Audit planning, conducting audits, closure tracking, audit reports
4. 4. Compliance: Regulatory compliance monitoring, policy implementation, compliance dashboards
5. 5. Vigilance/Ethics: Fraud control, Internal Investigation support, whistleblower management
