Job summary

Qualcomm India Private Limited in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Hardware Engineer to plan, design, verify, and test electronic systems for next‑generation CPUs and SoCs. You will work on Digital/Analog/RF/FPGA/DSP areas, bring‑up yield, and packaging with cross‑functional teams to meet performance and power targets.

The role requires 4+ years in Hardware Engineering, strong C/C++, HDL (Verilog/SystemVerilog), and verification expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree in CS/EE or related field is a plus.
• PhD in CS/EE or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute verification plans for CPU units and features.
• Use simulation and formal verification to create testbenches, checkers, and stimulus generators.
• Collaborate with system architects, design, software, and SoC teams to validate use cases.
• Work with emulation teams to enable verification on emulators and FPGA platforms.
• Debug and triage failures in simulation, emulation, and silicon.
